In FinTech, Michael leads a team of doctors, underwriters, actuaries, data scientists, and software engineers. Michael and his team have transformed the customer experience in the financial services industry. One example is taking the life insurance purchasing process from a month to instant decision.
In real estate, Michael and Paul Lizell have purchased investment properties in 44 states with no marketing and no talking with home sellers. They purchase from online auctions, wholesalers, and the MLS. They look to maximize profits on each deal with wholesaling, buy/renovate/resale, rental, and owner financing.
Michael and Paul also have a coaching program where they pull back the curtains and teach students how to buy properties in any state without marketing to homeowners.
