John Gerstenlauer is a licensed professional civil engineer with more than 40 years experience in the construction industry. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance.
John retired from his first career in 2016 as the Senior Vice President of International Operations for the tenth largest construction company in the US.
He started investing in real estate in 2013 and found Ron LeGrand in 2015. Ron changed John’s life by teaching him all about the terms business in real estate.
John, along with his business partner Scot, diversified his real estate investments with multi-family buildings, pretty houses purchased with creative financing terms, wholesaling, renovation projects, and short-term rental properties.
