Brett McCollum fell into real estate when a financial crisis blindsided him, forcing him to find a way to create new income quickly. He was inspired to try real estate investing by an aunt, bought a course online to get started, and landed his first deal shortly after that.
That was when he realized the life-changing power of real estate investing first hand.
Today, with hundreds of deals under his belt, Brett continues to build his portfolio, but he has shifted from just investing to focusing on teaching others how to invest. In addition to his investing business, he also now runs a coaching program and a real estate investing association to further build on that mission.
Brett believes that if we have the ability to change the world for the better, we also have a responsibility to do so, and he’s built his entire business model around that.
