Chris Jefferson is a real estate investor and wholesaler who has been in the business for more than 10 years. He is the founder of Ridge Point Custom Homes, which focuses primarily on redevelopment of dilapidated properties throughout central Virginia as well as new construction.
He started out as a wholesaler then got into flipping, doing dozens at a time, and eventually new construction and apartments.
Chris went on to grow into one of the top wholesalers in the country by creating systems and processes to run a simple business.
He also provides coaching opportunities to people looking to break into the real estate investment business.
