Daniel and Lindsay Galvan have been personally investing in real estate since 2005, from public REITs to self-managed rentals. They began passive investing through limited partnerships in value-add multifamily properties in 2020. They quickly became active investors and are general partners in 20 properties and counting.
In 2022 alone they grew their portfolio by twelve properties as general partners spanning Texas, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, and Kansas. They are key principals on six of those properties. They have more than 3500 doors of multifamily properties in addition to an industrial flex space, and they will soon add self-storage as well.
Daniel specializes in business development, negotiation of terms, asset management, accredited investors, and partner relationships.
Lindsay specializes in deal analysis, investor relations, asset management, and communications.
Danny and Lindsay have been married for 15 years and are junior high sweethearts. They have three children and a dog and live in Illinois within miles of where they grew up. They live by the Howard Schultz quote, “success is best when shared.”
