Originally a golf professional and coach from England, Gavin Timms moved to the US in 2012.
His passion for travel and work freedom drove him to discover the world of real estate investing. He always dreamed of owning a business that could be operated remotely.
He started his first real estate investing company and now successfully runs a virtual wholesale business in multiple US markets, mainly in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Hawaii.
Gavin also has a company called REI Network where he coaches other real estate investors how to work smarter, not harder.
He believes you need a business to fit around you and your lifestyle, not one that runs your life.
