Growing up money was always a concern and I remember it being one of the most difficult topics in my family and for many of the other families growing up in the small city of Fall River, Massachusetts. When I understood that real estate was the key to wealth, I vowed that I would commit my life to figuring out how money and real estate worked so that one day I could share that knowledge with the people who would need it most.

Sometimes all you need is the cash flow, tax benefits, and depreciation working for you.
