Jamil Damji, also known to some as the Godfather of Wholesaling, broke into real estate shortly after moving from Los Angeles, where he worked as a comedian.
Starting as a solo-preneur, Jamil now works with his sister Rahima and two friends, Hunter and Josiah, where they run KeyGlee, a 40+ employee real estate wholesaling company/empire.
KeyGlee is an expert in wholesaling, real estate investing, virtual wholesaling and new market rollouts. They are currently in 7 markets and looking to expand to at least 6 more before the end of the year. Additionally, KeyGlee wholesales between 70-80 houses per month and that number continues to grow.
Jamil is also a principal in Astro Flipping, a coaching platform where he and his team train real estate wholesalers on creating and scaling their wholesale businesses.
