In 2017 Jenn Delle Fave and her husband Joe decided to switch their rentals over to lease options, and they haven’t looked back since.
Joe quit his job in early 2020 after realizing time and financial freedom was possible through creative financing in real estate investing.
Through seller finance, subject-to, lease purchase, sandwich-lease purchase, wholesale and smart flips, Jenn and Joe were both able to work from home, spend more time with each other and most importantly, their kids.
