Cowboy Joe and his lovely bride, Debbie, have four daughters, two sons, and fifteen grandchildren between them. In their free time, Joe and Debbie love to dance and relax on the beach.
The majority of Joe’s 39-year work experience has been in construction, project management, real estate development, and environmental remediation. Joe has been involved in numerous real estate development projects across the United States ranging from turnkey subdivisions, multifamily, 5,000-bed crew lodges, Gulf-front condos, resorts, commercial buildings, mixed use, and marinas. He has also been involved in some unique projects in several countries in the Caribbean and South America. These projects have ranged in value from $1,200,000 to $100,000,000 plus. This experience gives him a distinct advantage over most developers as he is able to spot potential issues at all stages of development from the initial evaluation of the property to the final certificate of occupancy.
In 1988 Joe earned a BS in Environmental Science from Livingston University. He has extended training and certifications; 29CFR 1910.120 40 Hour HAZWOPPER Training, Confined Space Entry Certified, SSO Training, HM-192F Training, First Aid & CPR Training, South Carolina Grading and Paving Exam, USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors, Florida Marine Construction Exam, Florida Demolition Exam, Florida Roofing Exam and Florida Registered General Contractor Exam.
Joe is driven to self-improvement both personally and professionally and believes nothing happens to you; everything happens for you. His mission is developing real estate and entrepreneurs’ minds to get them to know who they are and how powerful they truly are.
Cowboy Joe is a well-rounded investor because of studying with the best of the best, under financial investment experts and capital structure experts such as George Antone, Mark Moss, Raoul Pal, Michael Saylor, and Tom Bilyeu. He has learned from their expertise and developed his own investment strategies, which he now educates on. Whether it’s real estate, digital assets, Pre-IPO’s or Private Equity, his main focus is studying and teaching velocity of money and money flow management. This allows his own money and his students money to work in multiple areas at once.
For years, Cowboy Joe has been amassing a wealth of knowledge about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. His extensive research has now led him to create the Cowboy Joe Crypto Club, a platform designed to teach others about this innovative new industry. The Club provides its members with access to a variety of resources, including educational materials, investment research, and industry news. In addition, the Club offers a community of like-minded individuals who can support and encourage one another on their journey to financial independence. With the help of the Cowboy Joe Crypto Club, anyone can learn how to navigate this exciting new world and unlock the potential of cryptocurrency.
Finally, Cowboy Joe has been studying under Dr. Alok Trivedi since 2019, and he attributes much of his successful comeback from losing everything in 2008/2009 to the education he has received. Cowboy Joe has not only remained a student, but he has also been able to coach others and help them to achieve success. Dr Trivedi’s philosophies have helped Cowboy Joe to change his life, and he is grateful for the education he has received.
