Justin Van Riper graduated from college in the summer of 2010. He quickly realized working a 9-5 job for someone else’s benefit wasn’t the career path he wanted. By January of 2012, he decided to quit his job and give this whole real estate investing thing a shot.
Since then, he’s wholesaled/flipped hundreds of houses, mostly in the St. Louis area. However, it still seemed like something was missing. He knew he needed to help others in a larger capacity, so he started a coaching program called Buyer First Wholesaling.
Justin has been coaching students through their first deals for a few years now. Recently, he’s been helping other educators sell their services through his audience.
