Kandas Broome is a mentor and coach for Integrators across the country and across multiple industries. She will tell you it’s her soul’s purpose to guide and lead Integrators (and their Visionaries) surrounding the execution of the vision and driving of the legacy. When there’s no vision present, she also has tremendous skill in working with Visionaries to extract the vision from them.
She began her career with Larry Goins in June of 2004 as a loan officer with Larry’s old Finance and Hard Money Company and has since served in every role across all entities at some point in time. Today, they are full business partners in a few projects.
For years, Kandas has contributed to the speaking and real estate education industry in many capacities, including event planning, coordination, direction, marketing, office management, operations, executive administration, sales, and many others. With The Goins Group, Neighborhood Housing Group and BRAG Radio Network, Kandas have been the Integrator. She and Larry co-hosted the BRAG Radio Show that aired on WBT Talk Radio as a show and as a podcast.
Currently, she serves all employees in the day-to-day of each company or entity as the Integrator and is Larry’s right hand, left hand, and neck in business. Kandas thrives on being able to increase efficiency and productivity by establishing procedures, policies, and systems. She is a strategic thinker with high energy and is very passionate about dedication to excellence in everything she touches.
