Laura Pamatian is a professional with more than 20 years of luxury real estate experience. She is also an adventurer who loves life and the thrill of living it.
From skydiving in Hawaii to bungee jumping in Thailand to white water rafting in Costa Rica, her curious nature and love of learning has led to an enviable bucket list of adventures. Some of her favorites include hiking through the Sequoias, surfing North Shore Oahu, and scuba diving with shark pups in Tahiti.
Raised in the charming seaside town of Mystic, Connecticut, with an amazing family and hard-working parents, her home was always full of laughter, love, and support. Vacations were close to home but always fun and centered around quality time. After college she began a quest to venture abroad, appreciating all the new and exciting journeys that introduced her to new friends, diverse cultures, and what the world has to offer.
Her love of animals, country music, and competitive sports contributes to Laura’s dynamic personality that clearly enhances her work.
A disciplined self-starter and 5am Club member, she begins her day in the gym or at yoga class, clearing the slate to be highly efficient and ultra-productive.
A strong believer in giving back, she volunteers and participates in philanthropic events throughout the year, supports global conscious organizations, and advocates against child sex trafficking and sexual exploitation. Helping to end modern day slavery paired with her love for the planet, she believes in saving the world, one good deed at at time.
Laura started her real estate career in 2002 on the beautiful island of Maui. Working with high-profile clientele, she primarily focused on second homes and investment property. Exceeding the expectations of this discerning demographic through skillfully structured deals and smooth closings, she was recruited to sell on her first five-star pre-construction project in 2006. This led to working with several of the most prestigious resort companies in the world, including several throughout the Caribbean, exposing her to the savvy foreign investor and the intricacies of the international market.
In 2020, expanding her practice into the cutting edge sector of Blockchain as the industry began booming in the real estate vertical, she launched the first independent advisory firm to focus strictly on real estate. HeightZero Real Estate provides consultative education along with a unique, coveted resource for real estate owners and developers to advance into Web3 by leveraging and monetizing Blockchain technology.
Residing in South Florida, but working throughout the global markets, these valuable experiences have resulted in a unique skillset, launching her to the top of the field, not only with traditional real estate, but also in the world of digital assets.
