Paul Provencher started his real estate adventure in 2003 by falling into it by accident. He has always worked for himself and didn’t like the corporate world.
After he turned 18 years old, he knew a desk job wasn’t for him. He began this adventure in the vacant land side of real estate by wholesaling lots and had seen how fun and exciting this business could be. He continued wholesaling vacant land from 2003 until mid 2005, and then wholesaled houses from 2005 until 2008 as the market shifted that went up with the boom then down with the crash,. After that he started an REO preservation company.
In 2010, he started to dabble back into the rehab side of the business, and since then he has rehabbed more than 100 homes and never looked back.
In the last 2 years alone, he has wholesaled more than 150 properties worth more than $13 million and counting. Currently he owns 16 doors, one Airbnb and just added six doors to it. He also coaches 7 active students.
Paul loves teaching new people in the industry. It allows him to have the freedom to take family trips when and how he wants, while being able to support his family.
Paul’s goals are to retire by the time he is 50 years old, be able to enjoy his family as much as possible, and be able to leave his kids a legacy of wealth from his cash flowing assets.
