Paul Sparks fuses together the worlds of crypto and real estate.
Paul’s background was in engineering before he transitioned into corporate sales where he sold to major companies such as United Airlines, Amazon, and Walmart, making large capital deals.
Through this process, he ended up buying rentals and was able to leave his job at the end of 2020. Paul had some background in real estate from his mother, but in January of 2021, he decided to go into real estate full-time.
He jumped all in by starting businesses with flips, development, and more, and does the majority of his deals in Denver. Paul’s sweet spot and skillsets have always been in putting money and deals together.
Halfway through 2021, he found his way into crypto through a close friend. With his engineering background along with some trial and error testing, he found a way to build a machine that would give him the output he wanted: passive income, reliability, and stable returns.
This became the process where he used crypto to build a business treasury for his real estate business.
Through his experiences and background in tech, engineering, real estate, and now Crypto, Paul is engineering ways to produce crypto income and combine that with real estate.
Paul continues to push the boundaries in both crypto and real estate, finding new and unique ways to fuse these two worlds together.
